Ticket Information
Once your booking has been processed, you will receive confirmation and your invoice by e-mail. Please note, you will receive your personal QR-code ticket via e-mail closer to the event. You can also access it via the event app which will be available to download for Android and iOS from May 2024. Tickets will not be issued until payment has been received.
The participation fee includes the conference transcripts, meals and refreshments, as well as participation in the miner's social evening.
Groups receive special discounts (3-4 participants less 5%, 5-9 participants less 10%, 10 participants and more less 15%.

Cancellation
In case of cancellation by 26 April 2024 the participation fee will be refunded in full, 50% will be refunded till 10 May 2024. From 17 May 2024 a refund is no longer possible.

Photography
By confirming registration, you also grant permission for photos taken on site by a professional photographer to be used and published by DMT after the event.

List of participants
By confirming registration, you also grant permission, that your Data (Company, Name, Surname) can be added to the participant list.
